Check-out Information

  • Please vacate your room by 9:00 AM. You may keep your badge until you leave.
  • Luggage storage: Lecture Hall in the Main Building, opposite the reception.
  • Lunch: Bellavista for everyone.
  • Badge return: Please return your badge at the Seminar Reception in the Main Building (IKGA Organizing Committee) – not at the official reception desk. If you leave before lunch, you can also give your badge to a member of the Organizing Committee.
  • Guests staying until monday: Please check out at the Seminar Reception by 9:00 AM.

Sunday Training

Please note: Sunday’s training will start 30 minutes earlier and will take place from 09:30 to 10:30.

Sayonara Party 🎉

There will be a live concert at the Sayonara Party!

Please make sure to eat before the party. There will be a bar with everything your heart desires. Door Opening: 20:00 (official start will be at 20:30)

Examination

Tomorrow’s examination will take place in the Martial Arts Pavilion (Building 23, in the same area as the Sport-Toto Hall).

The room will be open from 8:00 a.m. for warming up.

Grand Hotel – Meals

On the “Seminar Information at a Glance” page, the Grand Hotel was accidentally left out. All guests staying at the Grand Hotel will have their meals at the Bellavista Hotel.

 Interruption of hot water supply

Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: interruption of the hot water supply in the Main Building and Grand Hotel.

IKGA Meeting – Thursday, August 13

The official IKGA Meeting will take place tomorrow, Thursday, August 13, at 8:30 p.m. in the Sport-Toto Hall.

🔥 Fire Ban in the Canton of Bern 

Due to the current high risk of wildfires, a fire ban is in effect throughout the Canton of Bern. Open fires are prohibited in forests and within 50 metres of forest areas. Fireworks, bonfires and sky lanterns are also prohibited throughout the canton.
Please respect the fire ban and take extra care due to the current hot and dry conditions.
