Costs 

Rooms will be charged as a unit. The room price is divided by the number of guests to determine the accommodation costs per person. People participating in the training sessions must additionally pay a seminar fee of € 130.

Rooms are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The "costs per person" listed below only apply if a room is fully booked. Please reach out through your registration manager if you have any special requests.

Please note that an IKGA fee of €10 must be paid in cash (in €) upon arrival.

Registration and Cancellation


Registration will open at the beginning of November 2025 and end on February 28, 2026. Each country must designate a "registration manager" who registers all participants and their companions. They also serve as our primary point of contact.

We will collect the following information for registration: 

  • Name and Birthdate 

  • Grade (for training participants only) 

  • Room Preference 

  • Dietary Requirements (Vegetarian, Vegan, Allergies) 

  • Travel information (for those needing a shuttle service): airport, time of arrival/departure 

Once the registration period has ended, we will send the first invoice for the down payment (€ 150 per person), which must be paid by mid-April 2026. Invoices for the remaining amount will be sent in May and must be paid by June 30, 2026. 

Canceling your registration can only be done by the registration manager via email.

  • If you cancel your registration before June 30, 2026, you must pay the down payment, but you won’t have to pay the remaining amount.

  • If you cancel your registration after June 30, 2026, we cannot pay any refunds.
