Costs
Rooms will be charged as a unit. The room price is divided by the number of guests to determine the accommodation costs per person. People participating in the training sessions must additionally pay a seminar fee of € 130.
The "costs per person" listed below only apply if a room is fully booked. Please reach out through your registration manager if you have any special requests.
Please note that an IKGA fee of €10 must be paid in cash (in €) upon arrival.
Priority list for room allocation
Priority list for room allocation (rooms with private bathroom) – for course participants and their personal accompanying person only *
- Category 1 – Seiko Shihan / Hanshin / EEC Members / Shibucho / Shihan
- Category 2 – Persons aged 70 and over
- Category 3 – For medical reasons (documentation required)
- Category 4 – Families with children under the age of 6 (age at the time of the seminar)
- Category 5 – Request by seminar participants
- Category 6 – Request by accompanying persons
As mentioned in Shihan Erik’s information email, we are unfortunately not able to make any final room allocations at this stage yet – with the exception of the allocations according to the priority list category 1. We kindly ask for your understanding.
We would like to assure you that the room allocation will be carried out fairly, transparently, and strictly in accordance with the priority list outlined above, in due course.
Thanks to the support of the Federal Office of Sport (BASPO), we are able to provide sufficient beds for all participants. At this point in time, however, we are not yet able to determine in which hotel the accommodation will take place, nor whether the rooms will have a private bathroom or a shared bathroom on the floor. As clarified in the previous email to all participants, all rooms offer a very high standard. The final room allocation will only be possible once we receive the binding information from BASPO at the beginning of April.

Registration and Cancellation
Registration Update
Online registration is closed, even though the official registration deadline has not yet passed. This is because all available places are currently fully booked.
New registrations are therefore only possible via the waiting list, which is managed exclusively through the Registration Managers (RM) using Excel lists (as communicated in the information email).
We are currently working on alternative participation and accommodation options. Further information will follow soon via website update and email communication.
Waiting list deadline: 28 February.
Until this date, Registration Managers are kindly asked to submit their Excel waiting lists.
After 28 February, additional names may still be added to the waiting list until the final room allocation has been completed.
